Firstly, fabulous kick! Secondly, stunning layout! Karate is not a violent sport at all, very disciplined indeed! My son got his black belt this earlier this year and was chosen to represent South Africa in the world cup. I've started doing a karate album for him, and can do with some inspiration, thanks so much for sharing, and good luck to your son!

I totally support your sports choices for your family (though my son plays soccer), I think martial arts are a wonderful way to teach discipline and control of ones self, especially in these out of control times.
