It's scary how much of myself I see in my daughter - The way she sticks her tongue out when I take her picture, I did the same thing to my mother. The way we love tank tops all year round, the way we both like to "run away" from home, etc. We look so much alike yet she's so much different. She so girly and loves makeup, jewelry, dresses, shoes, etc and I have no time for any of that. I can't wait to see her grow up and be a sassy, smart and kind young lady. Hopefully, she gets some of my stubbornness and doesn't lose her drive to accomplish her dreams. I've let too many of mine go - I hope she never follows in those footsteps.
This is my layout for the October Music Inspiration challenge. Being late seems to be the story of my life lately. My song was "Time after time" by Cyndi Lauper. I really don't like her music but there was a lot of great ideas I could pull from it. Unfortunately, no matter which way I went, I wanted to bang my head into a wall. So I used the word "Of". Not exactly what I was going for but I'll take it and hope November's song is better for me ;)
