This is the card I made for my October recipient who is a grandpa and a widow. Sometimes life gets lonely as a widow so he was in need of Happy Mail. I prayed about what kind of card to make and was having a hard time figuring it out. Then my husband made a comment and this ideal popped in my head and God said "yep, that's it!". So found this image at Gerda Steiner Designs and it was perfect. Husband colored it in Photoshop for me. (I made a 2nd version for a female that also needed happy mail...see next card post!) I used paper from my scrap drawers and a sketch from Paper Play Sketches #18. I hope it brought a smile to his face!
