Give a Cheer
My brother suffered renal failure last year, and my hubby turned out to be a match. In just a few days, they are going to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of their transplant surgeries.
Because my brother is now on immunosuppressant medicines so that his body won't reject the kidney, he cannot fly to be with the family for Thanksgiving. I wanted to make him this card to celebrate this important milestone and to let him know that he will be in our thoughts and prayers even though we won't be all together this Thanksgiving. We will be gathering around two tables and doing a video conference!
I made this CAS card with the Lawn Fawn Thankful Mice stamp set and did some faux embossing with a skeleton leaf die.
