I cut the base using a Lori Whitlock file from the Silhouette Design Store and my Cameo, I coloured the Paper Nest Dolls digital image using Copic markers, then fussy cut the image and went around the edges with Memento Tuxedo Black Dual Tip Marker. The lower panel of patterned paper is from the Kaisercraft Basecoat 6 1/2" pad.
