Give a Cheer
I have made this as part of my Random Act of Christmas Kindness to give to a colleague at work.
Besides the products listed I also used Ranger white UTE which I sprinkled on the card and used the embossing heating tool underneath which melted the UTE giving the impression of snowing.
As a technique, I used the Spellbinders - Holiday Collection - Christmas - 3D Shading Cling Stamps - Three Kings to stamp the kings in black, scan the image and then upload to eclips2 software, resize to the desired size and cut out the three kings.
