I heat embossed Penny Black's Allover Pattern in white onto watercolor cardstock. I sprayed the whole piece with water, and sprinkled several colors of Ken Oliver's Colorburst over the stamped image. I blotted up most of the color with a paper towel to get a softer look. I used Simon Says Stamp's Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut apart the image after it dried. I attached it to my paper, using a tape runner for some levels, and foam tape for others. I stamped the sentiment with Colorbox ink, and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
