I didn't have any instructions for this, but I had something in my mind that I wanted to try to make a special happy engagement card for my cousin's daughter who got engaged on new year's eve!
I started with a regular A2 size card base for the background, did some Distress Ink blending and then overlaid some intricate die cuts. For the card front, I cut 2 pieces of card stock (the one behind to attach to the card background, and the one in front to be embossed and pretty), die cut a heart window, and sandwiched the Mr. and Mrs. Hoot stamped, Copic colored, and fussy cut owl couple sitting on a swing between the two layers.
I hope the happy couple has a wonderful engagement, wedding and, most importantly, marriage.
I have a step by step how-to video on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1qlaxvu4ok
