So I have had these Jacquard Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments for a while, and used them occasionally, but thought it would be fun to make some cards with them. essentially, I mixed them with water, then blended some colors with the packaging technique. I like the result.
Then embellished with recollection's lace, flower, and leave. I also added some of Ranger's liquid pearls, and some stamping to finish. I used Prima Soft Gloss Gel to seal the pearls.
