For the month of February I've decide to use tools or mediums I haven't used in a year. I recently was reminded that as a crafter I have many resources at my disposal I just need to dig them out. So February ATC goal is what is old is new again. For the ATC I used my watercolor pencils and one of the first stamps I bought (you know the old wooden block kind). Don't fear I did add some new elements, such as the masking fluid over some of the inner leaves with foil on top and nuvo jewel drops on the center of some flowers. I'm not normally a big colorer but this was fun.
