I used some hoarded die cuts for this card, and I wrapped string around and through them before attaching them to a piece of blue cardstock from my stash. I stamped supporting words on black cardstock with alphabet stamps, and heat embossed them in white. I trimmed my cardstock into banners and adhered them with foam tape. Finally I attached everything to my card base, and added a few sequins from Darice to finish the card. Thanks for looking!
