I stamped Altenew's Hibiscus Bouquet in Versafine Onyx Black ink on watercolor paper and heat embossed it in clear. Then I inked the second layer with Distress Ink and misted them with a mixture of water and Perfect Pearls. I used Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron and Mermaid Lagoon. I attached my panel to the card base with tape runner. Then I heat embossed a sentiment in clear and adhered it to the card base with foam tape. A few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh complete my card.
