I created this girly birthday card with fabulous Time to Celebrate papers, chips and tags and pockets. The top fold card measures 5" x 7" and contains pockets with photo mounts and gift pockets inside. The idea is that the keepsake card can be used to document a special birthday party by storing the photos inside the card.
