I wanted to concentrate on my Copic coloring so I decided to really challenge myself. I wanted to focus on how to color "white" fur (with lots of E and W markers), how to get an icy/snowy look, and (scariest of them all) to try to create a Northern Lights background sky.

I am so tickled with out it all came out. The hardest part was not wimping out after coloring up the polar bear and just coloring in a simple background for fear of messing up the cute polar bear image. I finally just decided that since I had the stamp for ages (it's been retired now for some time and this was the first time I'd inked it up--yay for not hoarding any more!) and I could just recolor it up if I needed to, I'd just "go for it." I'm so glad I did!
