Rotating sentiment - happy birthday

I love making interactive cards and wanted to create one where the sentiment rotated. I started out making a track using nesting circles. I then used different sized nesting circles to create a ring that moves within the track and allows the sentiment to turn. (The next photo shows the sentiment having been turned part of the way.) The spaces on the ring between the two happy birthday sentiments are where one can grab the piece to turn it. I modified my cake sticker to incorporate a tiny candle. To make the little glittery flame, I looked through my dies and found a cursive letter 'f' where the inside of the top loop was the right shape and size and I used that to die cut glitter cardstock.
