Hi there Marthared! Thank you SO much friend! To make the circles I used the Prima Watercolor Resist Pen, let it dry. Then, I watercolored my background with the Tonic Aqua Flow Pens. After the watercolor was dry (it didn't take very long, I used my Ranger Heat Tool), I removed the Watercolor Resist and used the black Tonic Creative Pen to draw the circles. Last, I filled the inside of the circle with the Tonic Glitter Drops for extra sparkle and dimension. Have a great day!!!! :) :)
