I used a couple layers under the rectangle center piece to give it just a bit of dimension which also lifted the 3 little banners at the bottom. I used 3D foam under the circle piece. The center image is one I got a long time ago from the internet and Ive used it a few times before. I also made the envelope. This card was also entered into Aprils Card Sketch Challenge.
