This layout was inspired by my friend Sharon ("Fritchey"). It is not a lift, but rather, I love her whimsical and fun style, and wanted to try my hand at it, emulating the backdrop from the photo. My friend Katie ("KDQ") and I attended Scrapfest together a few years ago and took these photos there. We had a great time. The page border, flowers, and stamps were doodled/hand drawn and coloured by me, with coloured pencils, a stump, and Medium solvent. I fussy-cut the multi-coloured chevron paper. I used distress ink and borrowed my mom's ("Quick Silver's") Gesso and stencil. She gave me the black flourish and circles too. Thanks, Mom! The "Scrapfest VIP" item is the arm band from Scrapfest I was given (cut). I had a blast creating this one!
