My beautiful granddaughter, Katie...prom 2017. Pretty simple layout. I cut the doily with the Cameo (and printed the words before cutting. The "Pretty Girl" was cut separately and popped up with foam tape. Flowers are all stamped and fussy cut (I used some Altenew blooms, and Stampin Up blooms), the leaves and little white flowers are both from Altenew's Beautiful day set. I made some dots with Nuvo drops in red, blue and pearl and added them. I also colored a few crystal bling with a blue Copic and added them to the flower cluster. Music and filmstrip across the bottom of the layout are both washi tape (layered). I made the banners at the top and hand wrote the "Prom 2017). Added a few lines of faux stitching around. Journaling is tucked behind the red photo mat. I also added a few pieces of the music washi tape on the red mat behind the photo. Journaling reads:

I was so glad I was able to come up to be a part of your senior prom. I enjoyed our trip to get your make-up and hair done. When you finished getting dressed for prom…WOW! You were absolutely stunning. That blue dress was gorgeous and fit you beautifully! You were the most beautiful girl at the prom! It’s so hard to believe how fast you’ve become a young lady. I’m so proud of you, Katie! I hope you find the path to your future and a lifetime of happiness. I wish you all the best things in life and I love you with all my heart! Grandma
