I cut out the stars with my Cricut machine and the Wild Card cartridge. I made the center embellishment using a white bottle cap, glitter glue, a red button and some ribbon. I stamped the banner and hand cut it. I made the envelope as well. This was also entered into the April Use Your Stamps Challenge.
