This is one of several fun craft projects I made while at a National Scrapbook Day craft retreat. These were made with the 123 punch board from We R Memory Keepers. The envelope was punched using A2 card size measurements. For the decorative inner liner, I simply punched 1" smaller, using the 7 1/4" measurements (if I recall), then trimmed the bottom flap and trimmed the sides to fit and adhere with an adhesive runner. Such an easy, fun way to match your cards and envelopes, or simply have a beautiful envelope for your letters.
