Whenever I plan a vacation, I do extensive internet research for things to see/do and restaurants. I then plan a detailed itinerary and print everything that is relevant to the trip including vouchers, airline/car rental information, and tour information. I usually just clip all this information together and put in my carry on.
I saw this notebook at Office Depot and decided to make a Travel Notebook instead. The front has a plastic clear drop in slot. I choose some beachy paper and embellies and made a 8 x 11 cover.
Inside, the front cover has a pocket insert for pamphlets, brochures and business cards. Also, plastic dividers with tabs covering all the things I use to plan a vacation, ie: Itinerary, Airline/Car, Tours, Vouchers, Restaurants, Notes, Packing List, Calendar, and a 8 x 11 clear zip lock pouch to place souvenirs for scrapping later when we get home.
