Give a Cheer
I used matching papers from a pad called Persnickety by Paper Studio. I hand cut out the design on top, added a bow and enamel dots then I used 3D foam under it for dimension. To finish I added a pair of butterflies. I made the envelope as well. This card started out as an entry for one of the challenges but it was horrid!! So I made changes, I dont like this either!
