Well, this photo was taken from a river float in the middle of the river :-) - I made the "frame" using my Cricut and used watered down Distress Stain then heat embossed over it with just one layer of UTEE to make it look like it was wet. I used the cut out from the center and inked it up and drew a few back lines on it. The letters were done on the Cricut also - inked with orange distress ink and heat embossed I used metal flowers, and made some roses using a flower die with pattern paper in the same colors, underneath this half of a "tag" , die cut leaves that were inked a mini metal frame that hangs from a chain, and a gold embellishments wafer in the center. I used rub ons on the phone and them some gold bling here and there.
