Probably one of the biggest surprises I've read to date. The foundation for the ultimate changing of sides, the turncoat and the spy, was Severus Snape's love for Lily Potter. By goodness I'm getting brain tingles just typing this!
I could have ended the story here, but what I loved about Rowling's writing is how well the whole story was wrapped up, all the elements and subplots. The sheer imagination of this whole series still astounds me.

And this canvas is probably my favorite of all three so far...

But then again... I haven't finished the Dracula one yet... :)
