A lady needed a birthday card for her friend who is a retired nurse. She is still active in the nursing community so she wanted a nursing theme. I used a free image from Free Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps - Get Well Mousie. I just got permission from Mary Ellen to remove the "get well" from the balloon and then my husband put "happy birthday" in there instead. Of course I used the Happy Birthday embossing folder...best and most used folder EVER!!
