Give a Cheer
I made this Fathers Day card for my hubby as if the card was from our two pups. I know, it's silly, but I also know this will put a big smile on his face.
I used two of the puppy images from the My Favorite Things Playful Pups stamp set, and did a little masking to combine them into 1 grouped image. I Copic colored them and hand fussy cut them out before I adhered them to the card front with dimensional dots and glue.
For the top-folding card base, I used kraft card stock and used a scalloped stitched die to cut the front panel short as well as a stitched square die set to cut out a window panel. To add a little interest and pattern, I backed this front panel with a plaid patterned paper.
The funny sentiment, which reads, "congratulations dadd, we turned out perfect", is from a Clearly Besotted "Just the Two of Us" stamp set, but with the "i" hand changed to a "we" since this card is supposed to be from our two pups.
