This LO is a few years ago with my little brother attempting to spin me on the tire swing.. He is 10 years younger than me but he was determined. I used the Chalk Art stack by DCWV and cut out some pieces from the collection. I matted the photos in other chalk paper from my stash and popped up the flowers at the bottom with foam. TFL!
