For our 17th Wedding Anniversary, which is really next month, but I didn't get to pick when I went on vacation from work, we went to the Sayles Landmark B & B in Abilene TX for a long weekend. The B & B is absolutely vintage gorgeous. It was built in 1889, has 6 bedrooms with their own full baths to rent, 2 living areas, formal dining, kitchen, covered patio and swimming pool. We went during the week, so we had the entire house and pool to ourselves. The owner came in every morning and cooked us breakfast. It was a truly relaxing getaway. I am also making a companion collage page of all the rooms in the house.
