My stamping and coloring is a lot to be desired but I keep trying. And I spent a lot of time and waste a lot of paper trying to get something presentable! You seemed to have mastered both!

I totally hear you on the trials of stamping. I have yet to arrive at a point where I don't waste time and paper when trying to stamp things. Good on you for stepping out of your comfort zone! This bear sure is cute! I love those fun border dies. Your client must have been thrilled with this sweet card!

I don't stamp much, but this is certainly cute. I think the combination of stamps and thinlits is pretty genius as an idea, and I can see where it has revolutionized card making. Gets a bit pricey though ... still when you get a lot of mileage out of it, as you've done with these five cards, I can see it being worth it in the long run.

I have a girl at work that calls her dad Papa Bear and she has a standing order for Father's Day and Birthdays. So when my friend who sales Close to my Heart had the new stamps on her blog I knew the girl at work would want this bear. So even though I don't like stamping and coloring I bought it. Took me a WHOLE day and lots of different bears to get a few I liked. I ended up making several different cards with the bear so that was good....helped pay for it a little bit! I stamped this one with just black ink and then water colored him in with Tombow markers.
