Lady wanted a birthday card for her husband who is retired from the Army. Her son found a photo of his dad and sent it to his mom. It is of her husband as a Captain in the Army in Vietnam 1969. So I went looking for images and ideas and sent her several. I found a digital stamp at Imagine That Digi Stamps http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com/store/c344/Military.html
and got this ideal...I just changed it from Military Brat to "Retired Military Wife". I took off the boxes that didn't apply to her. So I didn't actually use the stamp just the idea so I contacted the shop owner and she was good with it! I was trying to figure out how I was going to include the photo and the saying on the front. So I went looking through my supplies and found this file pocket. I was going to use the one I had except when I was trying to fix a corner I messed it up so I used as a template and made another one out of Bazzill cardstock. The green paper is old old old Christmas Paper...can you believe that...worked perfectly for Army I think!!

The pocket card pulls out and his photo is on there. The blank green part you can see actually has his name, rank, date. On the back of the pull out card is:
I loved you then,
I love you still,
I always have,
I always will.

Hopefully she likes the pocket idea!
