From our Seattle vacation - a view of Seattle from the Harbor Tour. Just a typical tourist kind of thing to do. Seems like EVERYthing there was blue ~ the water, the sky, Tom's shirt...

He is a sailor, for real and true. He sailed with a club in Tulsa growing up, and he loves being on the water. I don't think he'd ever been on a boat on the OCEAN, but water is kind of like water anywhere... except in terms of size and span. He's got the look of a sailor, at least to me he does.

Done for the Monthly Sketch challenge (Sketch #2). I'm also working on my Anything Goes monthly challenge, which is 10 pages for a themed album. This one makes #6. I'm getting there!

Papers are Cape Cod by Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby). The sea birds are from an old old OLD K&Company die cuts collection. The chipboard swirls - they're so old I don't even remember where I got them. I had painted them for another project, and they've been sitting in my little "stuff to use" basket on my desk for as long as I can remember, so I am THANKful they are on a page FINALLY.
