Red, White and Blue Pocket Letter for Beth

Sharing my July PL that I made for my swap partner, Beth. We agreed upon the red, white and blue theme and I had fun making this. I found images of the Constitution, our flag with fireworks and the United States shape of a flag online and printed them out and then fussy cut them.

Special thanks to Marylou (Meggie's Nana) for the little white doilies (one I inked around the edges in blue) and the resin frame in the middle. I added some microbeads that I got at the Dollar Store that are actually for fingernails! LOL The off-white textured stuff under that is actually from a gripper pad I got at the dollar store also!

The red metallic punched out paper on the lower right was a piece my friend, Susie, gave me.

The most special piece is the red tatting on the left middle row. My aunt made that and I can't tell you how old it is but I've had it in my stash for many years and my mom had it before that! I also have some that's off-white in a different pattern.

The blue and red laces as well as the butterfly die cut were from Pamela Joy Boutique on FB. The blue doily die cut came from Kelly (KVRLVN). She sent me my first set of dies when I first got my Big Shot! Thank you Kelly!

I provided extra pictures so you can see details better as well as on in the page protector so you can see the banner at the top a bit better also.

I did some embossing using my Darice Stars embossing folder and either inked or sanded them in. I also made the flower on the lower right from my stash of ribbon and lace.
