Lovely work. The stitched down star with the stitching variations is really nice. I agree. Participating in the democratic process via jury duty can be inconvenient, but its an important part of of contributing to a free society.
These photos are taken at an old courthouse in St. Louis, MO. Courthouses in America (for me) represent freedom of "trial by peers" and the lawmaking process. I did not really understand "trial by peers" until jury duty. Sure, it's inconvenient and disruptive of daily work life, but it's so important as part of our freedom. Anyway, I made this for several challenges here! Thanks for stopping by!
