I'm so glad you got a few Christmas cards started. I make one and then make multiples of it till I run out of paper. I am still amazed how easy you make it look to use busy patterned paper!
Fun Christmas card, this is so adorable, July is the perfect month to start making cards especially if you have a long list to send them to.....me, not much
Oh I love Christmas in July too! This is SUCH a fabulous card! I am loving the color combination and that little bow is the perfect addition to finish off this beautiful card!
Wow, this is just amazing. I love the techniques you used. I had to look, read how you did it, look again, read again. This is so creative and is such a beautiful card. I love the papers you chose and love the look of the stitched scallops inside the frames. That bow is the perfect accent. I don't know how you come up with all your ideas. You are truly a Card Artist. I love this!
You go girl! You have one more Christmas card done than I do. Oh my gracious this is a lovely & so creative card! Your paper is wonderful, but that tree is amazing! You are so good at using these wonderful & fun papers!:)
Oh clever YOU. I love the scalloped strips behind the die. See, I'm such a literal thinker, I was all tuned into the whole "stamp and die" thing. I need people like you to take me out of the box and show me other ways to interpret a technique. :-D Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh wow! You totally rocked your first Christmas card of the year! You have such a keen eye with what to do with patterned papers. This card is so awesome!

My Goodness, this is not only clever but absolutely adorable my dear friend!!!!
How wonderful to cut the tree in the symmetric shape !!!
Love that idea!!!!
My first Christmas card of 2017! I'm very happy that the twist in the July Inspirational Card Challenge is Christmas in July. I was scrambling last year to get all of my Christmas cards done and hope to get a better head start this year. I first die cut the navy tree print piece (Bella Blvd. – Holly Jolly Christmas) with my stitched rectangle die. I then adhered a piece of fun foam just slightly smaller than the rectangle to the back. I ran the printed paper with the foam backing through my die cut machine using my MFT Christmas tree cut out die. This created a raised frame. I then die cut stitched scallop strips (Sunny Studios die) and layered them. I placed my frame over top and, added a tiny red bow (Paper Smooches die) and a sentiment sticker (Bella Blvd.). A red and white striped mat finishes it off. July Inspirational Card Challenge - technique - negative die cut framing
Thank you so very much for your kindness and encouragement! I appreciate it more than I can say.
