I struggle with sleepless nights too - I know many people who do. When I worked secularly, watching the clock ticking away the hours made me more anxious, knowing that I had to get up for work at 6:00 a.m. Thankfully, I am now retired and can get up to read or watch TV. If I get exhausted during the day, I can take a nap. Hope you find some comfort knowing that you are not alone.

At night my brain is on overtime. I decided to make a page to explain to others just why I am forever tired. Living with a mental illness is exhausting.

I used some stuff from my stash - old Basic Grey and Graphic 45 paper and various brads & do-dads.
