I think I swooned when I first saw this die. Can't remember where, but I went on a mission to find and own it. It is the Large Snowflake Die by Impression Obsession. The snowflake is actually cut from the white card front and creates several finely-cut parts that can be re-arranged back into the negative space (or not) in any configuration you like. The die itself cuts beautifully but it is tedious and incredibly time consuming to position the fragile, lacy parts of the die back into the negative space. That said, I think the end result is oh-so-worth-it! Linen-look card front over black CS, gold foil paper beneath the snowflake. Simple and elegant but not easy!
