I cut the image from Cricut Simply Charmed cartridge. I cut the ice cream cone in layers using cardstock. With the ice cream layer, I applied white Wendi Vecchi embossing paste. I didn't apply the paste smoothly to achieve the texture of ice cream. I applied American Crafts Grapefruit embossing powder. I set this aside to dry. I am not sure how long it took for this to dry but I left it overnight. After which, I heat embossed it. I adhered the layers using Ranger Multi-Matte Medium glue.
