I've been wanting to try making an all white card for some time and I decided to finally take the plunge. I find all that white a bit scary and wanted to add color or a pattern more than once as I was creating it but I'm glad I stuck true to my initial inspiration. I used the sketch from the July Inspirational Card Challenge. I chose a white cardstock with a bit of texture for my main panel. I scored 6 lines to mimic the stripes in the sketch. I made a poinsettia using my Dee's Distinctively dies. To add texture to my poinsettia petals, I scrunched each one before shaping them. I added a holly flourish, a few leaves and some white pearls. I brushed the poinsettia with Nuvo glitter gloss to make it shimmery. I used a piece of fun foam under my top panel to add some dimension with my card base.
