This is entered into Augusts Use Your Stamps Challenge. I stamped and powder embossed the sentiment then hand punch the dbl layered circles for it. I aslo hand punched all the flowers but for their centers I used my Cricut machine on some silver glitter paper. I stamped a plain envelope to go with it.
