Here is another one for Doodlebug. The design was inspired by a layout I saw in a magazine.

The Journaling States:

You seemed to understand what Christmas was all about this year. Today you knew it was CHRISTMAS EVE and you didn’t get out of bed until I came to get you. You were sitting there waiting impatiently on your bed, something you don’t usually do. You thought Santa had come and were afraid to go out into the living room by yourself!
I wasn’t feeling too well so you and Daddy spent the day getting ready for Christmas. Daddy worked on cooking dinner for our traditional evening feast with Meema and Peepaw. You and Daddy also went shopping for my present. What could it be?
As per tradition, Meemaw and Peepaw spent Christmas Eve dinner with us. We had fun eating turkey and drinking wine. Daddy made a DELICIOUS chocolate torte for dessert!
You were so excited to set cookies and milk out for Santa and didn’t complain when we finally put you to bed. However, you were ANTICIPATED his visit so much that you kept calling Daddy or I in for things-something that rarely happens. You even remembered the “magic dust” that needed to be sprinkled outside “So Santa will know where we live.” We got you out of bed and while Meemaw held you, Daddy sprinkled the dust outside.

NOW we were ready for Santa’s visit.
