How incredible the dolphin tail is on your layout. I can't imagine how long it took you make but it was worth every second. It looks like a fun time with all the smiles in the photos.

I cut the tail out on blue paper with my silhouette machine, then I covered it with a product called jewels by bead landing I found at Michaels
