I've seen this one done several ways as well, so I'm not reinventing the wheel here or anything. I just colored up a tag with some shimmer mist, then ran some paste through my festive stencil, then colored it with mica powder. It was easy, and fast, and gave some spectacular results. Add a little flower and a title and it was done.
