OH gosh. I LOVED that paper line when it came out! It's so much fun to see it again, done up in a modern scrap format. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. The red doily is beautiful, and I like the color echo you pulled off in the stamp on the diagonal. Pretty project! Lucas's mom is going to be so thankful to get this. It will hurt her heart, but it will bring her comfort at the same time.

How very sweet. I love the bright red as the accent color. Love the emotion in the photo. The baby is so wide eyed. I am a neonatal nurse and so I love pictures of babies. Reading the post below I am sorry that this is a memorial album. I know from experience that this gift will be cherished. My niece died at 3 days of age and my sister made us Christmas ornaments with the picture of Jamie for our tree. Every year when I put up my tree it is nice that she is with us. Hugs to you and yours.

It just takes my breath away to see how young Lucas' mother is! She looks to be not much more than a teenager herself. You can feel the love Lucas' mother has for him - just the way she is holding him and looking at him. I love the picture of him in the circle - he eyes are so bright and alert. The red doily really looks nice on this one. Another beautiful layout for the book for Lucas' mother! I know its hard for you to do these pages but it is such a heartfelt gift you are giving her. The gift of the memory of her son that she had such a short time. She will treasure this book.
