She's a beautiful cat, and I agree that while it's kind of a pain to get a license for an indoor animal, it only takes a second for them to get out an open door and then ... well, you get the point.
LeeLee just froze when she was put on the big table/scale and I only held her when they asked me to. She was like just get this over with! I hate taking them to the vet and resent paying for the licenses when they are indoor cats. But Dr. Rue changed my mind by telling me there are more cats than dogs in the shelter and the dogs are the one being licensed and the owners having to pay. I thanked her for explaining it to me that way an now feel I am doing what's right!
