I've always loved "Big Ben". . . the hotel we always stay in in is just across the bridge so when we're there I have a view from my room. For this one I cut my title on my Cricut, welding a flourish to the bottom, I took the same flourish for the 2nd bottom piece. I heat embossed Ben in dark blue, and the top piece in copper and then raised it on top. I made the blue flowers and painted them with blue ink and then splattered them with white Gesso - I hadn't planned on it, but I made such a mess that the splatters ended up on the title and the word on the 2nd page. Happy mistake :-) I made flags from matching paper and added some green leaves from die cuts and watercolored again with inks. I also used a few blue flowers that I punched out in blue paper and layered on brown paper and added a jewel.
