This is the left side of a 2-pg. 8x8 lo for my Dirty Rotten Scrappers Circle Journal. It represents my public image, but only my DRS will get to read the tags. I have to say, I was really surprised at how it turned out. It was actually conceived from a sketch, which I rarely do before I begin the actual scrapping. In the original sketch, however, I had the tags tucked between the vellum and the photos. I think slitting the pictures, though, helps to break up the white space. I have to credit my sister for the pics; I was kind of a diva for the photo shoot demanding good angles and lighting.
This page also reflects a very different style from what I've produced. I feel like I've evolved with this one.
One gripe I do have about this page is that I had the crappiest glue stick, because I kept forgetting to buy a new one whenever I went shopping. It made gluing the little bitty letters together and then on the page, such a pain! I swear I can see the spots that still bug me on this scan. I also need more practice with the X-acto knife.
