I really thought I had commented on this magnificent work of art! Such a stunning photo and wonderful journaling and design! I hope you consider submitting this for publication! It is truly AWESOME!!!
Wow, wow, wow. As a nurse, I can totally relate, but as a human, I take those realizations for granted. This is not only gorgeous, it is very touching! AWESOME LO!!
Okay, I was SURE I had already commented on this absolutely beautiful LO, but no, I just put it in my favorites and neglected to tell you how beautiful your photo is. It's beautiful!! :) Inspired me...
wow. Your journaling is amazing...made me teary. The depth of your emotion is apparent through your words. The layout itself is gorgeous and serene..all the details coming together to create a mood. Just fantastic.
I love this!! My son in law is a nurse in an emergency room in Denver, and my daughter has told me some of the most heart wrenching and the most miraculous things that even the most vivid imagination could not think of. I know exactly how thankful I am, one, that there are people out there like you and him that really genuinely care about others and two, that I haven't needed that help in my life as of yet, but boy am I glad that its there!!! Your lo is beautifully done, the pic is awesome, and we all should be thankful because each new day truly is a gift!!
this is the most amazing lo, the depth of your heart in it is astounding. Not to mention how beautiful the page itself is. Your page moved me to tears of praise for those people much like yourself in emergency care who did so much to save my son.Thank-you
Taken 9/2006, from our front yard. The mist laying over the fields that morning was amazing. Unfortunately my camera could not capture how gorgeous it actually was. Sitting on our front porch watching the sunrise is my way of regrouping after a difficult shift. I've played down the depth of how hard this event hit me. Don't want anyone thinking I'm shooting for drama;-) This was not only an exceptional sunrise, it was a wake-up call to me. The opportunity to see another is not guaranteed. I'm thankful for each one. Journaling reads: A grief stricken husband, a sister doing her best to give comfort and a small boy with tear streaked cheeks, standing, looking up at them. The image was clear in my mind the next morning when I took this. Twenty years in emergency care has taught me that life is fragile. So, what am I most thankful for? "Each New Day."
