Give a Cheer
We had one of the hottest days in Dubrovnik - but as you enter the old town there's a huge fountain with cold cold water! It just felt so good to cool down! I used the paper to tell the story on the one - I love all the words! I cut my "Journey" on the Cricut and heat embossed it, first with blue, then with the Ultra Thick embossing powder and then sprinkled it with copper embossing powder - a lot of layers on there! I used wooden letters for Dubrovnik that I inked with a Faber Castel Big Pen in dark brown. The red flourishes were also cut on the Cricut, and I embossed them in red and ultra thick powders. the leaves were all dies that I inked with distress stain dauber. . . added a jewelry piece and flowers and done! (why does it sound it only took 5 minutes to do? LOL. . . oh well, it's the "journey" in putting together that's the fun part! :-)
