This dog, Chato, lives with my daughter, Jasmine. He recently had his stomach flip and needed emergency surgery. I felt so bad I asked my daughter if I can scrap him for her aunt. I understand completely how sad and upsetting this horrible experience was for all of them. He is one strong old boy, already on the mend! Happy endings are wonderful to share :)

I left the cork board blank and loose behind the photo so they can put his paw print on it. I added bite marks on the outer edges as well as some bones that were dug up. I hand stitched around the photo. The pin came from an old Scraps of Darkness kit by Craftysprinkles.
